How to Initiate a Return

The processing time for a return is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) upon receiving your item(s). It can take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to process into your account, depending on how your bank processes the refund, and for the funds to appear in your bank account.

If you do not see the refund back into your account, we recommend you contact your issuing bank first before reaching out to ACK.

 

 

Warranty Information

Please email warranty@austinkayak.com the following information:

  • - Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Order Confirmation)
  • - Serial # (For Kayaks - Typically etched or stamped on the right rear side)
  • - Drive Serial # (If Applicable)
  • - VIN # (Trailers)
  • - Shipping Address
  • - Description of the Issue
  • - Three photos of the item:
    1. Entire Product
    2. Close Up of Damage,
    3. Serial # if applicable

 

**Please be aware that it can take the manufacturer 1-4 business days to respond to warranty requests. We will email you when we hear back as to how they would like to proceed with the warranty claim.**
