Product Description and Specs

The Malone Telos Load Assist temporarily attaches to the J-style MPG114MD Downloader and provides a safe way to vertically raise the kayak from waist height into a position where it can easily be loaded into the carrier. You can detach the Telos and use it on the other side to load your second kayak into another DownLoader or store it in the trunk for unloading later. There is simply no other load assist system in the market with this versatility at this value.

Top Question & Answer
Q: I have a '15 Subaru Outback with Thule J-racks. Can I utilize the Telos Load Assist XL MPG 351-XL with this factory rack and the Thule's?
A: This is specific to the Malone J Cradle and will only attach that carrier.

Q: Can I use this system with Hobie Outback. It's @ 80 lbs. Also, how high do you have to lift the kayak to get it on the life racks? If I can lift one end and then the other, that's ok, but lifting the whole boat is a challenge. Thanks.
A: Yes, this should be a great fit for the Hobie Outback. The kayak will have to be lifted about waist height onto the load assist cradles.
