The Wilderness Systems Tsunami 125 has been redesigned for 2018. The aesthetics of the new Tsunami inspire performance and exploration with modern deck lines, while a focus on improving the paddler's experience sees new features incorporated into the design - two removable mesh deck storage bags are perfect for stowing close-at-hand items, and an under-deck storage area provides another alternative for staging your favorite beverage. Small changes with big effects have also been integrated into the hull - the arced sidewalls and increased volume above the waterline have been improved to provide more confidence and stability, while the longer waterline has increased speed and efficiency. Available in three sizes, the Tsunami 125 is swift and agile, the spacious cockpit and deeper hull is the ideal day tripper for larger paddlers. A touring kayak that excels in tight, twisting environments.

Bought the Tsunami 125 for my wife after we paddled several different yaks at a demo day. Her current boat tracked like a raft and she spent more time steering than paddling. The Tsunami tracks like its on rails, without the rudder, although it comes rudder ready we cannot see ever needing it for our paddles. Plenty of storage excellent stability. Beverage storage is a neat little feature as are top of yak bags. be aware though that anything in the bags will get wet. Delivered from ACK in short order. In perfect condition. Out third yak from ACK.
My wife chose this Kayak based on its size and seat configuration. She absolutely loves it. It’s stable, easy paddling and she can go most of the day in this, and not feel beat up after a day on the water. Highly recommend!
