The Yak-Gear Track Nut Kit will universally fit the track systems from Wilderness Systems, Native, YakAttack, Feel Free and more, allowing you to mount your favorite accessories on any boat with these track systems. This kit includes 12 stainless screws in 3 different sizes(5/8 in, 3/4 in,and 1 in) along with 4 track nuts and one allen wrench.
Works as expected on my Lure 11.5 rail to attach multiple accessories.
I suppose it does what it says. But I've found that the nuts don't fit right in my uni-tracks. I have 2 Feelfree Lures and they don't work so well with my uni-tracks. I ended up removing these and buying the Feelfree uni-track mounts at $29 a pop (ouch)!
I bought two packages to mount a couple of Scotty rod bases to the tracks on my Lure 13.5. (I bought the second package for future additions.) The kit worked well for that purpose. I mounted one base to the track and had to use the longest screws, the other lengths were to short. The 1" screws were actually a little bit too long so I used a SS washer under the head so they didn't bottom out. However, both packages were missing screws. One package was missing the 1" screws and the other was missing the 3/4" screws. But since I only needed the longest screws, I still have enough to complete the project (I still need to buy another rod base). The quality seems to be good, but the manufacturer could do a better job of counting.
We had to purchase this kit in order for the Native Cam-Lok Paddle Holders, Item #13671 to fit the Slidetrax in the Wilderness Systems Tarpon 120 ACK Angler Kayak, Item#1087. The Cam-Lok Paddle Holder’s base is too thick and will not fit into the Slidetrax groove.
