Comfortable while in the boat ... easy to walk in with sufficient soul to protect bottom of foot ... wear size 11 and 12 shoes; ordered size 11 and they are a snug fit, if a little tight around the ankle ... keep feet warm in moderate to cool conditions; have not used them on an extremely cold day.

My wife and I both have these. They are warm and super comfortable. Fuzzy lining seems to keep the sweaty feeling off your feet. When these wear out I’ll buy them again

Top Question & Answer
Q: Question regarding the NRS Freestyle wet shoe: During a kayak launch if I step in water deeper than the shoe is high will my feet get wet? I'm looking for shoes (not rubber boots) that will keep my feet dry during a launch and be comfortable and safe while I paddle.
A: With wet shoes, there is always the potential for water to get in through the top of the shoe - water always finds a way. However, the NRS Freestyle wet shoe eliminates a majority of water that would come in contact with your foot and it provides a warm layer between your feet and the outside environment.

Q: I'm confused about the unisex sizing of the NMRSwetshoe. I wear a women's 8 1/2 shoe and usually a 9 boot because of my high arch. What size should I order?
A: These sizes are about 1 number lower than equivalent woman's sizes. If you wear a 8 1/2, you would want the next whole number down. In this case an 8
