Just a follow up from my original review. I used this for an entire fishing season plus a few paddle fest's. This thing is crazy comfortable my longest day was 9 miles and I am very satisfied with the comfort of the seating positions. I was hesitant about the price but I've found it to be worth every penny. If your looking at this for an upgrade and it is the correct replacement it is well constructed. As I said in my original review the reclined position is a touch gimmicky but the low and high positions are useable. Its really is fantastic!

Very Impressed so far, I have not actually used it in fact I just received it today. We are having 30 mph sustained winds on the Chesapeake bay today so a test paddle is out of the question. Arrived very quickly and I was kept informed when the order was filled and when it shipped. I have only one complaint, the directions for what little assembly there is are poor at best. There are slides that attach to the end of the stubs that engage with the slots on the boat. The description for installation of these slides is vague and can be difficult to figure out. I am a professional mechanic so it was not horrible for me to figure out however it might be tough for someone not mechanically inclined (the same way I have difficulty downloading computer programs). Once the assembly was complete I installed it on my 2012 RIDE115 and I can't wait till I get it on the water. My sore back tends to shorten my fishing excursions. Occasionally sitting sideways and standing helps, however I'm sure the adjustability of the Air Pro Max seat will make sight fishing and seated paddling more comfortable. I hesitated to pull the pin on purchasing this seat due to price but I'm not disappointed that I did at this point. For me this just helps to expand opportunities to use my boat and spend more time on the water. I practiced raising and lowering it on dry land and I think it will be easy on the water. The Ride series is such a stable kayak it should be easy to move it as needed while on the water. Wilderness Systems includes in their instructions that there are variables in the molding process over the years and some may fit tighter than others. I believe mine falls into this category yet it is not terrible and I'm sure it will get easier to install and slide in the rails of my yak as I use it. I would recommend this to anyone with a Ride 115 low seat looking to better their experience.

A: The dimensions requested are as follows: Seat Base (the bar across bottom of seat of which the seat secures to the kayak) - 23.25 inches. Frame (actual width of seat itself) - 18.5 inches Widest area (width of the plastic piece upon which the seat height is adjusted) - 24.75 inches

Q: Will this fit my feelfree lure 11.5?
A: This seat is designed to fit in to the recesses of the Wilderness Systems Ride kayaks. The Lure does not have the proper attachments for this to connect so it will not be stable or secure.
