For the 8th year in a row, ACK accepts the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award, and for the 2nd year in a row at the highest level awarded – Platinum.
The ACK mission statement is "To inspire our customers to get outdoors by providing high quality products at fair prices with literally the best customer service from passionate employees." Everyone at ACK embodies this customer-centric approach to the point where we made a video about it - enjoy!
Now, I do realize it also took years of hard work, dedication, a commitment to customer service and of course, our customers, but before I could even find my office, Aaron (Warehouse Supervisor) was dripping with sweat while the noises coming from the warehouse seemed to only get louder by the minute.
As Marketing Director at ACK it is my responsibility to make sure that customers come to us for all of their paddling and outdoor gear needs. The better I do my job the more orders customers place on ACK.
Security is a top priority for us and with the transactions we handle it is the utmost importance as Credit Card information as well as other personal information is something that our customers trust us with. Award Winning Outdoor Retailer Moving into New Centralized Warehouse Austin, Texas (September 16, 2013) - Outdoor retailer, Austin Canoe and Kayak (ACK), a division of MSP Holdings LLC, announced today the leasing of a new 30,000 square foot warehouse to consolidate it’s two warehouses and all support functions. The transition is set to begin in October and be completed in time for the Holiday season.
