Our Customer Service Department takes immense pride in our ability to assist our customers. For those loyal customers, you know that we have a speedy response time to the emails we receive so I am happy to announce that we have broken our previous monthly average record response time to less than 10 minutes! In a world where customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside, we are striving to give the best customer service possible, always keeping YOU (the awesome customers that you are) in mind.

On a different note, it may be easy for some companies to brush off customer complaints or bad reviews, however we take these very seriously. It is of the utmost importance to us that our customers are happy with our service and the products they receive. When I have a bad customer service experience with a company that I choose to shop with and my complaints go unnoticed, it will keep me from ever shopping with them again. This is why we have implemented a way for us to respond to your reviews and comments so that we can make your shopping experience a pleasurable one.

So don’t be surprised when you get a phone call or email about a review you have left. We truly appreciate the time you take to review our products and our services, as well as your continued business. With all that said, it does make us happy knowing that we get many more compliments than complaints and of course, we appreciate those too!
