Austin, Texas (June 08, 2011) – Austin Canoe and Kayak (ACK), today announced the expansion of its executive management team with the recruitment of Steve Daniels as VP of Technology. Steve joined the team in an effort to expand ACK’s mobile application strategy and to continue the tradition of providing customers with the latest and most technically advanced web and mobile ecommerce experience.

Steve’s background spans a variety of industries with a focus on designing and implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for companies such as KPMG, Compaq, Adams Golf, GE Energy, Caterpillar, Bausch & Lomb and Dell amongst several others. On a personal level, Steve enjoys the great outdoors spending much of his free time hiking, swimming, mountain biking and golfing.
