Chart of pictures for this PFD shows max chest 46" for L/XL. While your size chart shows 54" max. I'm 46" chest with light fishing shirt on. I'm 6'1" 225 lbs chest 46" waist 36-38". Shirts and jackets are XL. What size do you recommend on this PFD?
