I had several problems with this order. First of all twice, it arrived
cracked because your shipping people sent it in a box loosely.
Third time was pack right. Next, it arrived with no carrying handle
or port covers as shown on Hobie's web site. For $800 all of that
should of been included. I wrote Hobie and no reply. Your Mike
has been most apologetic and very helpful. And that has made all
the difference in resoling these problems.

Two year battery life - After two years the battery died, and it's out
of warranty. When it died the AC power adapter died too. The cost
to replace the battery and charger almost $1000. This after I paid
for the solar panel, had to pay for dry rotted cables and the
protective caps. If I amortize the cost of the hardware by the
number of uses I come up with $52 per use over the two years!! I
suggest looking at alternatives that have a lower cost of ownership.
Very disappointing product that I was a very enthusiastic owner now
just a sucker that bought a very expensive disposable item.
