Bleuet Solid Fuel Cubes can be extinguished and re-lit, so the are reusable. One cube will bring 1 pint of water to a rolling boil in less than 8 minutes. 12 cubes per pack.

Yes, the orange colored fuel does stink while the
white is not near as bad. Smells like a fish
byproduct. I covered the smell with a fabric
softener sheet. Worked for me.
The after burn residue was very minimal but drew
moisture if not removed. It did leave carbon
deposit on utensils.
It can be extinguished and re-used.
Two cubes did a really great job starting campfire
with damp to wet wood. Would carry for this
reason.
Prefer alcohol stove for cooking.
