Made with rich-looking alder, roasted basswood and basswood, the Angler Navigator Plus has a proven blade design that is more flexible than composite paddles. This great tool for the modern-day angler has an ultra lightweight shaft made with 100% carbon and is equipped with a built-in tape measure to help you easily verify your catches out on the water. Each blade is reinforced with 2 oz. fiberglass for durability and every tip is edged with Rockgard protection for those that push their gear to the limits. The Angler Navigator Plus comes with a versatile telescoping ferrule allowing for infinite feathering angles. If you have multiple boats or an adjustable seat (or if you can't keep your Angler Navigator out of other paddlers' hands), the telescoping ferrule makes changing the paddle's length a breeze. The Angler Navigator Plus is available in adjustible lengths of 230-245cm and 240-255cm.

This paddle came highly recommended to me by a lot of folks in the kayaking and kayak fishing industry. Especially the Crescent Kayak community. As someone who would NEVER spend more than $60-70 for a paddle before this, I caught it on a ACK sale in May 2020 for about $100 off or so.
I have to say, this paddle is AMAZING. Lightweight, the blades go so smoothly through the water but have plenty of dig, they also float a little so on the upswing they help pop up for your next forward stroke.
My wife was a bigger skeptic than I was. She also had to go through a couple shoulder surgeries and procedures in the past year. The first day we went out with our Crescent yaks (I have an LT, she a UL), we both tested the paddle. It is now her paddle whenever we both go out.
We have our old trusty BB Whisper paddles. So that's what I use when she's with me.
The biggest reason for getting the Plus for telescoping is when I use my Lite Tackle's seat riser, I'm able to extend the Angler Navigator Plus to 240CM, which is perfect for the elevated position. I'm able to dig and get up to speed almost as well as the stock seat height where I use the 230CM length.
The paddle looks amazing, has held up to river and lake usage. To everyone that recommended this paddle, thank you. So many folks recommended I spend more on a paddle, it took me years to realize that's not just jargon, not a ripoff, not a scam. Its very true, especially on daylong paddles or in my wife's case, when you have a weaker shoulder. I can paddle better, go farther and enjoy more time on the water with the Angler Navigator Plus. I've been out more in this past year than the 3-4 years before.
So to me, it was worth every penny and we'll be buying another one so both my wife and I can enjoy them together.
