I bought another one so my wife has a pair of these. This one arrived perfect with the strap still in place. Very solid and light! She loves the foam handles since they absorb more vibrations, though I prefer the cork handles since they are easier to grip tighter. This one tastes like tangerine!

Pole arrived with the strap completely undone and it took a while to figure out the little black nubby mechanism fit with the narrow plug and straps behind it -1 star. Holds a set position better than my Hammers trekking pole when putting force onto it. Great mango flavor as well!
