This is an essential item if you want to mount a GOPRO to a pole and it works like it is supposed to but it is awfully expensive for a tiny piece of plastic that will likely break soon.

Works as advertised. I wish it was actually a plate that the standard GoPro quick connect could slide into and quick lock. With this, you have to unscrew the bottom swivel to attach this and remove the standard quick connect. Of corse, you can tell this from the picture. I only gave it 4 stars because it would be better if it had the GoPro quick connect at the top. Still a great product.
