Overall I am happy with the Kayak but the fin was bent durnig shipping! Advanced Elements customer service said to heat it with a hair dryer to straighten it out or leave it in the sun. I was able to mostly straighten it.

My order arrived in just 3 days. The kayak is very easy to inflate and is easily carried to the water. I live on the water and have a rigid kayak, but wanted one I could easily travel with. I am very pleased with the kayak, as well as with the pump, paddle and life vest. Will definitely order from your company again.

I couldn´t be happier with the Advanced Elements Lagoon package from ACK. Service was amazing, I ordered on a Tuesday and received everything on Friday, ready for the weekend. A minor malfunction was taken care of immediately, I have never seen such quick response in customer service. The kayak itself is exactly what I was looking for, an excellent quality recreational kayak, fits in the trunk and ready to paddle in less than 5 minutes! I would recommend it to anyone who, like me, does not have a place to store a rigid kayak, and doesn´t want to go through all the work (and risk) of carrying a kayak on top of their car. The rest of the package (pump, vest and paddle) were perfect too, overall I think the package is a convenient and affordable way to get started and enjoy some time on the water if you live near it. Two thumbs up!
