A high priced piece of semi useless equipment. It seems to me that they could come up with something that would be more sturdy and cheaper

OK - I was harsh in my review on the mariner rectangle outfitting plate. These lash points again suffer from being overpriced - $30 for 4, and no bungee cord included? Come on. HOWEVER, they work with the mariner system really well, quite easy to move around the cockpit to different points, and they stay in place. Probably the only issue is that they look like they could be a bit more sturdy, but will only know if this is a real problem after the test of time.
