I bought this to replace 2 other Leki poles that I have had for many years. I am a casual hiker and this will be perfect for me. The pole is sturdy, folds so I can pack it to go on vacations, and gives me the added support I look for in a pole. I have always been someone that likes a stick when walking/hiking be it a stick from the ground as a kid or now a trekking pole as an adult. Perfect replacement to my kid stick, LOL. Ive gone and grown up!

It is great, made of airplane metal, only weighs 1#, adjusts easily, and can be used as a monopod, support for various exercises, and as a single or pair is an outstanding type of exercise that helps you keep straight correct posture! Its rated 5 star of 5!
