This is a great kayak for lakes. I am using in on the small lakes in western NC near Cullowhee and Cashiers. It tracks well, is very comfortable - the seat is adjustable, and I like the dry space. It fits fully inside my Subaru Outback with the seats down, which is a real bonus. For the price, I feel I got a very nice kayak.

My girlfriend and I both purchased the Riot Quest, and we just loved them. kayaks were alot of fun in the lake, and enjoyed them going down the river. Very happy with ACK. Outstanding company with great service.

Review:

This kayak sits a little lower in the water than my previous Wilderness Systems kayak so I was unsure I would like it because it is not as stable. After taking it out a few times, it seems to be great! I can get it in and out of the water by myself and although it is not as wide inside the cockpit as I would like, it handles great and is very comfortable.
