Review:
Waist is very wide; cannot cinch tight enough to fit well; had to tuck under PFD for fit. Sticks to coaming OK, but isn't taught enough to keep water from pooling on top (and possibly pulling skirt of coaming). Fortunately, it has a pull loop in front, although it is not shown in this picture.
