A very comfortable backpack! Not very big, not too small... perfect for shorter hikes. Distributes the weight very well. And the customer service on this site is awesome. I noticed that they usually ship with FedEx, but it takes a very long time for them to deliver to where I am and was concerned I wouldnt get my bag before leaving for my trip. After writing to the customer service they used UPS instead and even processed my order on the weekend!
