The tent stake worked great. We set up a tripod awning for some shade at the beach. There were several windy days and it is difficult to get standard tent stakes to hold in the fine sand. These stakes performed great. Never worried once about the shelter blowing over. I saw several that did. This is a super product.

Best. Stakes. Ever. Seriously we always lost tents and sun shades at the beach until we found these. The little ones even held the giant 12x10 Kelty sun shade down in a steady 15 knot wind. Never needed to restake during the multiday trip.

Review:

Used them during a recent beach camping trip in light wind conditions and it performed well. It wasnt really stress tested since winds were light the whole time but they held firm for their relatively short length. Pros - lightweight and compact when nested. Cons a little more expensive than the heavier, longer army surplus tent stakes I used at the same time, that appeared to work equally well.
