I bought one of these paddles for my grandchildren to use on my sailboard. They had been using my kayak paddles but wanted to try stand up paddling. I liked this paddle, it was exactly as described so I bought two more. My grandchildren really like them and each one has thier exact fit as the paddles are adjustable. I might just try it. Heavier than a fiber one but, until you try a fiber one, you wont even notice it. Price is great. Functionality is wonderful.

The paddle is perfect for beginners that have to find the good lenth for their stroke and so the adjusting makes it perfect. It is a little heavier comparing to the fiber or carbon composite ones and that makes a difference in fatigue. But it is a good compromise quality/price. Thank you
