Description:
The Zydeco 11.0 is a great option for a kayak you can easily carry and toss into the back of a truck or a car and jet off for a quick spin on the lake.

This is the first kayak I have
owned and so far I love it.
It tracks good and is fairly
stable. The only comparison I
have is a 13 Wilderness System
sit-on-top at 70lbs, very
stable and tracks great
because it has a rudder and a
rental whitewater 9 yak. It
was terrible for flatwater
floats. It did not track at
all. the Dagger seems like a
good kayak although the foot
peg system seems a little
weak. Just dont mistreat it
and they should be fine. I
would recommend this kayak to
others.

My first kayak. I love it. It is
better than I expected in
storage, comfort maneuverability
and stability. This is a perfect
size kayak.

Love. Boat handles well on
rivers -- and open, big
lakes -- the kind we have here
in Michigan. Happy
with the way it tracks in
choppy and calm waters.

I have paddled three days on
the river in my new Dagger
Zydeco 11.0 Kayak. I am a 56
female 135 lbs and the cockpit
is a perfect fit. I also like
having the hatch. The kayak
only weights 48 lbs and is
easy for a woman to handle
loading and unloading. I
previously paddled a 9 Dagger
Zydeco and a Perception
Carolina 14.5 and I am very
happy that I added this model
to my collection. Thanks.
Cant wait to get back on the
river.

At 6 260 lbs, I fit rather
nicely in the cockpit of this
boat with plenty of room to
the foot braces and extra to
spare. The seat and foot
braces have a lot of
adjustability so I can sit for
hours in it without a
backache. It tracks well on
open water, is easy to
maneuver and I find it very
stable and pretty quick to
boot. Its my first boat and
Ive come away impressed with
it enough I plan on getting
the entire family involved.
For the price, you get a lot
of features and its a great
value.

Just got my Dagger Zydeco 11
and broke it in
yesterday on a 4 hour paddle.
Very comfortable
nicely appointed boat. Great
seat, just like my
Tsunami 125. Seemed even
lighter to carry than
the 48 lbs it is advertised to
be. Nice size
cockpit, felt secure in it but
also quite roomy.
Only complaint is that it
tended to want to turn
when you stopped paddling
rather than stay
straight. But while paddling
seemed to track just
fine. Should be a great boat
for my river
running, I think even some
Class I and II rapids
and or the bay.
