Great kayak! I waited about a month before I posted anything because I definitely wanted to be sure of everything whether pro or con. First of all, I was looking for a super stable kayak with plenty of room, all at a reasonable price. This thing is crazy for stability, I love the ability to stand and fish and sight cast. You can rock the kayak all you want shifting your weight, and itll stay upright. A couple posts I saw worried me saying that you cant really access the inside of the kayak to mount a trolley line, fish finder, battery, etc... In truth, the only way to access the inside is through the rubber hatch between your legs and only as far as your arm will reach. The easy fix though is with silicone and rivets. I have installed all of the following with no issues or leaks. I was also superbly impressed with the seat. They sent me the King Fisher seat by Feel Free and not the typical Feel Free seat; the King Fisher seat is total comfort. The vest is great as is the paddle, the only issue of mine with the paddle is mine is a 230cm and I would prefer 240cm due to the width of the kayak, but it is still great. Another thing I read that deterred me a little bit is some people said it is like a barge and doesnt move well at all. Yes it isnt the fastest kayak in the world, but when you are in current such as a river, it wont drift as fast due to the weight and width which increases your fishing time if your drifting. I couldnt be happier and after all my fishing gear, there is still room for my beagle... Well done Feel Free. Also, I ordered this kayak package on a Tuesday Morning and had it by Friday afternoon. Since the purchase of the kayak a month ago, I have made 3 more purchases to outfit the kayak with other gear. I will never order from anyone again except Austin Kayak, great customer service, great prices, and quick shipping.
