I installed these in my kayak, and my sensitive heels are no longer as irritated as they used to be. I can now paddle for hours in comfort. As of yet, I have had no issues with shifting, or adhesive letting loose.

Review:
A nice addition for heel padding, but for the money I wish the adhesive was stronger. After a short while the pads can/will shift or pull up in places, regardless of a spotless surface when installing. They just don't seem to be durable. For that reason I gave them 3 stars.
