I was surprised how well this
works. Holds my SOT in strong
winds and moving current, and
pulls out easily. Great for flats

Lightweight, Functional as
described and very useful.
Works perfectly to either pole
quietly when sneaking up on
wary fish or to park you firmly
in place. works almost too well
where I use it as it's
sometimes a chore to pull it
back out of the sandy/muddy
bottom where I fish. It
definitely parks your yak.
great product.

The ParkNPole Stakeout Pole works
great in the mud and appears
to be a solid piece of equipment.
However, I have not been very
successful in using it on sandy
bottoms--which I somewhat
expected. Regardless, im still happy
with the product. If I could
make a suggestion for improvement it
would be to develop an
optional sand spike or screw that
would attach to the current
pole and allow for a more secure hold
when fishing in area with
sandy bottoms.

I used my pole for the first
time yesterday..Love it! I
studied making my own, but
decided to avoid the trail and
error this time and glad I
did. It holds great and the 6
is the perfect size for the
areas I fish. It held strong
as I fought several nice puppy
drum to the boat in a strong
current and wind. I couldnt be
happier..and it floats!

Had the opportunity to use the
ParkNPole during outing on
Redfish Bay. What a joy to
use. I attached a 1 brass ring
a couple of inches below the
foam handle using a couple of
cable ties and covering them
with electrical tape That way
I could attach a short line
from the pole to my anchor
trolley. That allows me to
control the orientation of the
yak better. I found the hole
provided in the handle at the
top of the pole just didnt
work for me. Outside of this
small modification the pole is
perfect.

Love it! Great item and great
quality! I wish they made it
so the tips where
interchangeable and offered
different styles of tips. Some
of the lakes I fish have a
gravel bottom so a longer
spiked tip would work better
with that type of bottom but
other than that its wonderful.

This works perfectly attached
to my anchor trolley. The only
thing I
would suggest is adding a ring
or clip with about 8 feet of
rope for
attaching it to an anchor
trolley. Overall a good
product.

The ParkNPole is awesome. On my Pro Angler I keep my
paddle below deck and the pole is great to have. It allows me
just enough paddling ability to back up. Plus it is nice to push
in shallow water or run through the anchor trolley and park the
yak on the bank. Plus ACK is just AWESOME.

I was convinced this pole was
the best out there for its
purpose after viewing the
video from the manufacturer.
The problem came when I wanted
to order one. The shipping
was too high due to the size
of the package. Then I found
it here at ACK and the
shipping was reasonable. Seek
out the video and learn all
the secrets of the poles
design and functions. Does a
whole lot more than just stake
out.

This pole lives up to its
promises in every way. It is
also much easier to penetrate
the hard crust we often find
just below the mud, due to the
foam grip and the pointed tip.
I also like the extra 6" in
length over my previous poles.
Very good pole, and excellent
service from AKC.

than the hobie. i own pretty

It's a must have item, if your
fishing in 1 to 4 foot water.
You don't want that big red
fish getting tangled in your
anchor line. If you hook the
big one, releasing from the
pole is quick when using a
brush gripper. Would have
given it 5 stars but there
needs to be a 7 footer to
choose from. I lost mine on a
windy day by sticking it too
far into the mud, that extra
foot would have made the
distance.

This is a great stake out pole.
The fiberglass shaft is the
perfect rigidity for this, it
has some give to help with
waves and current, but not
enough have you moving around
much. The handle is comfortable
and it float.
