Review:
Im certain they will do the job, and they feel well made. They slip in a small elastic loop on my pfd where they will be handy at all times. My only concern is the locking ratchet is very difficult to get locked/unlocked. This is the reason for only 3 stars. I will probably grind the ratchets off.
