Review:

Very happy with them. Wore them in Chicago in 5" of snow. Worked very well. Light weight. Draw string at top secured it from sliding down. Bottom tie string was not needed- they stayed down without it. I am still glad to have them, as I may need them if I get into sledding, etc. Very easy to put on and take off using full length velcro at back. I would buy them again.

Review:

I use these to supplement my hiking shoes and they keep the wet grass from whacking my legs and getting ticks on my leg hair. You can easily see anything that gets on them. I have not tried them in really cold weather but they seem light yet they have the potential to add a layer on the legs. In warm weather I leave the very top slightly open to cool. They don't weigh much and stow easily with my gloves. They seem well made and comfortable. You don't notice they're on.
