I use mine for Kayaking, hiking, and camping. I love this thing, It is big enough to store plenty of cloths (for me at least) for a couple days. Its super comfortable and doesn't strain anything on your shoulders after hiking for several hours. The new Hydration Reservoir quick connect system is top notch and provides for a hassel free refill and cleaning.
