I have only used this product twice and the top part is now very loose and falling off. It is cheaply made and useless at this point.

The product itself is quality for the price. I was very disappointed in the way it was shipped though. It was not wrapped or padded and was loose banging around inside a box with another item. The percolator viewing window could have easily been broken. It didnt, but thats not professional. I expect better from ACK.
