I’m used to regular touring blades on my paddle and have always used a straight shaft until I tried the Werner Cyprus Carbon Bent Shaft Paddle. Immediately I noticed the paddle to be a great deal more efficient and the bent shaft kept my wrists straight allowing longer hours on the water without wearing me out.

Review:
This is the second "CYPRUS" paddle I
have purchased.
I made the mistake of letting my
girlfriend use (MY) paddle. She loved
it as much as I do !
It was an expensive error on my part

I don't feel very qualified to
comment on this paddle since
I'm relatively new to kayaking.
With that said, I'm using it with
a WS 155 Zephyr, the paddle
is light, efficient, and a
pleasure to use.

Review:
As soon as I felt this paddle I
felt perfection. Lightweight
and the feathering is easy to
change when the water dictates
something different. The best
shaft alligns the hands
perfectly. Although a bit
pricey you get what you pay
for.
