Something Unexpected Occurred...
My neighbor John was commenting on how much he likes the Dodger I have for my Outback and wanted to get one for his Pro Angler. He spends a lot of time in the southern bays on the Texas coast and gets quite a bit of spray from the nearly constant wind we get down there. I referred him to the new Hobie Dodger for the Pro Angler and he hasn’t gone kayaking without it. John told me that it is a must have for Pro Angler owners who want to keep the spray off and get some great protection from the sun.

Hmmm... Not easy to figure
out how to deploy and once you
do, its not easy then either.
I could have come up with a
better design. The thing that
saves this dodger is that it
is, like everything Hobie
builds, made of the finest
quality materials. But its
also over priced.
Lisa and I floated Pro Anglers
on 18 miles of the
White River from Bull Shoals
dam to the town of
Cotter. We both had the
Dodger. It protected from
the bright sun and also from
the 51F water. Loved
