Great Kit. Rivets are easy to use (and look great) with the purchase of a $15 tool at a hardware store. BE ADVISED - The directions that come with the rivet package say you need a 5/32" drill bit. This is wrong. You need a 13/64" bit. The extra trip to the store was quite annoying.

This worked great on my polyethylene hull. I installed 2 kits, one at each end. I took more than double my previous load on a camping weekend. The rivets even have gaskets built in. The shock cord is better than most OEM cord you get with a factory boat. It is heavy duty.

I ordered this kit with the rivets and was able to trick out both of my kayaks with some new deck rigging. Be sure to get shock cord ends for nice and neat bungee ends.
