ACK Review: The Sea Dog Plastic Inspection Plate is a must have item when ruddering Malibu Kayaks and Ocean Kayaks. Some rudder kits don’t have this plate which makes installation almost impossible. This plate will cover up a hole that allows access to the rear.

Just buy a 4" port. This is just as much work to install and a lot more work to reopen.
