ACK Review: My 10 year old son Luke just used this Mountain Goat Kids Sleeping bag at his last Boy Scout outing. When I bought it for his birthday, I did so knowing he would stay warm and like the interior chest pocket to hold a small flashlight. Luke came back from the outing and told me the others boys were complaining that they were cold, and that his new sleeping bag kept him warm all night. It must have been the Thermic MX insulation along with the insulated side draft tube that kept the cold air out. I figured I would spend a few extra bucks to keep Luke warm and avoid him getting sick. After Luke’s last successful trip, I am happy with the extra bucks spent on the Mountain Goat, which saved me the extra bucks spent at the doctor’s office.
