ACK Review: I installed a Harmony Cam Cleat on my kayak as soon as we got them in. I wanted to replace the anchor cleat I had on my kayak previously with something closer to flush. I wouldn't have anything to hook on my car rack or my fly line. I also liked the feature of locking my line in place and not taking up a whole lot of room compared to some anchor locks. The quick lock cleat is easy to use and takes less time to lock than tying like other cleats. It's important to point the openings towards the water. When you run the cleat with the boat the rope doesn't lay the best. I found this out the hard way and had to re install. Good thing the holes lined up.

A solid, well made product but it seems a bit expensive. Trouble I have with it is finding a flat place to install it on the bow or stern of my Ride 115.
