I got the Adventure Medical Heatsheets Survival Blanket – One Person to keep in my dry bag because I am an outdoor enthusiast. Last November, he I was kayaking out on a lake and somehow got separated and swamped. All right I know how I got swamped but that's irrelevant. After I got to shore I stripped my wet clothes off and laid them out on the warm rocks. I pulled my survival blanket out and wrapped up quickly. The rest of my party spotted me pacing back and forth on shore and came over to help me. I can't thank the Adventure Medical heatshield folks enough and will never make the mistakes I made again.
