The only reason the item gets 4 stars is capacity. The container is built very well! The outside body handles bangs/dings very well, along with any repair work to remove said dings soft mallet.

My husband and I have been using this specific bottle over three years and absolutely love it! I know you sacrifice the amount of water compared to non- insulated but the water stays refrigerator cold all day long so it is worth it for me.
