The item worked flawlessly.great price also.only problem is that wilderness lists the part number one way and the kayak outfitter uses a whole different number.caused me to get a bit mad and make 3 phone calls.I would still do business with you again!

This part was awesome! It totally holds my seatback in complete security. I personally feel that most kayakers don't give enough credit to the plunger and spring for a good kayaking experience. This part was far superior to just jamming a stick in the hole. Buy this part now!
