This plate mounts a Scotty rod holder on a Slide Trax as it is supposed to but it is a molded hard plastic part that will likely not last too long in the sun. Also I dont like to have rod holders on the gunnel of my boat as they have a tendency for the fishing line to get caught on them.

Perfect fit for the slide trax on my Tarpon 10. I mounted one on each side to accomodate Scotty rodholders. Now all I have to do while trolling is to paddle at least until a bass strikes.

Have two of these on my Commander 120. One with a Scott rod holder and the other with the Scott camera mount. Very easy to move on the slide trac to put your accessiories with in arms reach.

the plate works well with the slide trac the only improvement that would make it better, is if the brass slides were a little thinner. it is hard to slide the plate into the track because of the screws in the slidetrack. but other wise nice.

Definitely fits the bill. Well designed. Solid and now with the thumb screws included ease of adjustment while on the water. The only draw back is the price.
