The product speaks for itself with its durability and purpose. It's an awesome accessory for all "outdoor people".However, you can't always get good customer service and ACK totally surpassed that!!! I was looking for this cooler for a Christmas present for my Father-in-Law with only two weeks before the deadline! Everyone locally was sold out, so I did a Google search and found ACK. Not only was it in stock, but the price was exactly what we wanted, too! I also chose ACK because of their secure website ordering. We placed the order on Wednesday night and our cooler arrived on Friday in perfect condition! And Merry Christmas for all! Thank you ACK for putting the customer first! Texas Proud!

My husband loves the Yeti Tundra 35 cooler I got him. It kept our ice cold all weekend while we were camping. Austin Canoe & Kayak was great to work with! The coooler shipped the day after I placed my order and they had free shipping! I will be ordering from them again soon!

So far this cooler is performing up to expectation, have it sitting on a boat and the ice keeps nicely for a day or two - depending on how many times it is opened. Amazing amount of insulation and this cooler has a great seal. Happy with this purchase.

Too early to really tell, but its well put together and keeping ice for a couple of days, sitting in the bed of my pickup, now in the middle of Texas summer. Max air temp: 99-101 last several days. Only downside: a bit heavy, but thats the difference between solid and cheap.

Bought this cooler to put in the trunk of my car for road trips. Too bad. Yes, it is well made, but the thick walls mean very little storage relative to the outside dimensions. I was hoping that the technology available today would be better utilized too, since its also very heavy for its capacity. Id imagine their larger coolers for large trucks might have value, but Im still looking for a cooler.

I had read about the outstanding quality of the Yeti products and wanted to experience one myself....everything I had heard was fact and more! It was well over 100' on July 4th and my cooler not only kept its contents ice cold after being out of doors all day but still had ice in it 2 days later! Never saw anything like it.... I just did get a Roadie, it was delivered yesterday and I can hardly wait to try it. These coolers are THE BEST!

Purchased this Yeti and the Tundra 65 for my boyfriends birthday on Friday and received them Saturday! Extremely fast shipping! Used it all weekend at the lake and needless to say, the Yeti still had ice compared to other coolers that had melted ice within hours. Definitely worth the money!!!! It was very hard for me to spend so much on a cooler, but now Im feeling like the Yeti 35 is worth every penny. The insulation and the bear proof factor really make it worth the price. I actually am camping now for the first time in years without having to hang food in trees...and the shopping experience at ACK was top notch.

I bought the Yeti cooler for use at work. I work in a cube farm and we are not allowed the use of small refrigerators. The communal refrigerator is communally gross and I tired of trying to keep it to a sanitary level. So I went with the Yeti 35 Tundra. I put five freezer packs 1 3/8" x 6 3/4" x 3 3/8" in a one gallon zip locks. I have four of these one gallon packs of five each freezer packs. I keep two in the freezer and two in the cooler at all times. I monitor the inside temp of the cooler with an inside outside digital thermometer with a remote sensor. So far the packs will hold for four days. I put a pack on each end, standing up, and store my food between them. The sensor goes on top the food. Change the freezer packs Monday morning and Friday morning, keep it going twenty four seven. The room temperature is usually mid seventies to eighty degrees in our office area. Very happy with all aspects of the cooler to date. The outside locking features are good for keeping nosey people out. We don't have Grizzly bears but do have co- workers with long nails and sharp tongues. So far they have been unable to penetrate the exterior. Not your normal use or conditions. Most people will not task a cooler to constant long term use. Every aspect from ordering to receiving the cooler from Austin Kayak was professional and satisfactory.

seems very well made and a little heavy. Keeps things cold longer as advertised. One of the rubber latches kept coming undone on its own! I had to trim the back side of the latch with a knife so it would seat farther in the recess and that solved the issue. 4 stars because i should not have had to trim anything on such an expensive cooler

Best cooler I have ever owned. Better than the expensive ones I have purchased from other sources. Love the tie down hole location in the handle. I mounted the tie down brackets on my microskiff and now have a rock solid cooler that does not move when the water gets rough.

This product is truly the "bomb" as the kids would say. I've owner hundreds of coolers in my life and nothing has ever come anywhere close to the YETI. I've placed room temperature drinks in here in the morning with "blue ice"...they get cold and the blue ice is still partially frozen the next morning. I am planning on purchasing 5 more. 3 as gifts to my largest customer and 2 for my kids!! Nothing like the YETI!!!

The Yeti Tundra cooler blows away any other cooler I've ever used. Ice stays frozen far longer than even the best igloo cooler. Bombproof construction. Completely animal proof. Great for canoe camping because you can secure the lid tie downs so it will not open in the event of a capsize. The full length gasket seal will keep river water out if you capsize. Well worth the price. This thing will last your entire life time.

This was my first time ordering with ACK. The people were helpful, and shipped my order fast. It arrived in about 2 or 3 days. By the way, the Yeti 35 is a level above the old icey tech 25, and has kept ice for about 5 days in the shade during southeast April weather.
