Return to AquaBound 4-Part Breakdown Recreational Kayak Paddle Product Details.
Description: The Aqua-Bound Sting Ray and Manta Ray have a 4 piece breakdown fiberglass shaft that offers a lighter paddle than aluminum versions. The fiberglass has a nice flex and feel in the water as well as being warmer on your hands on a cold day. Available in two blade shapes, Manta Ray for high-angle paddlers and Sting Ray for low angle paddlers. Perfect for travel, inflatable kayaks and adventure racers.
ACK Review: The aquabound 4 part recreational paddle is great for me cause I'm always on the go. I can't put my paddle in the bed of my truck and the larger paddles can be cumbersome in the cab especially with the baby in the car. This paddle packs down and fits behind the seat and makes storage so much easier. I can also use the paddle as an emergency paddle that I stuff inside the kayak.

| Review: | I needed a paddle in a hurry that would be easy to take on a plane with me and this one was recommended to me by ACK. I absolutely loved it! The only drawback is trying to break it down after using it: I would recommend putting some WD-40 on the ends of it because it took 2 people to pull it apart when I needed to pack it up for my return trip. This paddle is extremely lightweight and a great price...I would definitely recommend it (with some WD-40!!) | ||

| Review: | This paddle was just what I was looking for. Compact, light weight and priced right. Unfortunately on the first trip the center connector came unglued. I have another AquaBound paddle, no problems in 6 years. As soon as this one is repaired/replaced I expect to get flawless service. | ||

| Review: | I haven't gotten to use this paddle yet, but I am trying to pack it, and the packable length is 31" not the 27" described in the product description - at least not if you want to pack all 4 parts... | ||
