Works very well. Attached to deck rigging in bow where I can see it and get to it when I need it. My werner paddle slips in easily with a very nice snug fit.

A time proven product made with the materials that make it long lasting and reliable. It other words it won't fail when you need it most. The company that makes it has been making life saving and emergency equipment of the highest quality for a long time. I have a Hobie kayak with the Mirage drive (pedals) which enables me to place the float on my paddle after launching. This cuts down on the response in case I capsize time especially in cold water.

I love the paddle float, it functions exactly as I expected. I cannot claim I've tried the inflatable types, I'm sure they work too. However, the thought of being dumped into frigid waters, then having to come up with enough lung capacity to inflate a self-rescue float just didn't make sense to me. I would highly recommend this float to anyone in need of such equipment.

The North Water Sea Tec Foam Paddle Float is one of the best on the market I believe. Well worth the money to potentially save your life.

Simple durable product for when you need it. Well worth it compared to an inflatable that can have a hole in it when you need it the most. What would be great is to have it also do double duty as a functional type IV USCG approved throwable device.
