These hangers are worth every penny. We use them to hang both our kayaks and couldnt be happier. Even for the price of two sets they are less expensive than one set of many other types of hangers. Our garage wouldnt be complete without them.

Great product! Installed the hanger in 10 minutes. Put my Riot Escape 9 in it and was back in the house watching football in 15 minutes. The only thing I added was a nylon rope connecting the two hanger slings so that a wind would not rock the two slings apart and drop a 9 foot kayak.

We had a very tricky situation with our 14 foot tandem kayak and a storage unit that was only 12 feet!! We are able with a slight additional modification to hang the kayak high on one end and lower on the other end. IT SOLVED OUR PROBLEM!

It works good, but only time will tell how it will hold up(as opposed to a wall mount bracket which uses two screws). I also wish the straps were a little bit longer so that the harness could be hung higher on the wall. Besides that the price is great, and also gets the job done.

Hanger works perfectly in my garage. Installed the eye bolts in the ceiling beams and strung up my Tarpon 100 with no problems. Rated for a much higher weight than any kayak, if it falls it'll be the wood, not the hanger.

Straps need to be longer so you can lay them under the kayak, hook them, and then pull the kayak up. A person with a bad back has trouble manhandling the kayak into the harness. Would not recommend for anyone with back trouble.

Easy to install, affordable, and so far effective. No longer blocking my generator on the floor, but up above my wood pile in the garage. I don't kayak in winter, so don't yet know about ease of regular use. But I suspect it will be manageable. Great product!

About as simple and effective as you can get in kayak storage. I mounted mine to the back wall of my garage. Very easy to install. I load and unload by myself. For loading I keep one of the loops closed and use a 2 foot long 1/2 inch dowel to keep the loop open enough for the front of my kayak to go through. Once the front end is in the closed loop, it is very easy to reach and secure the open second loop.

Does exactly what it should do. Takes 2 mins to install if you have a properly functioning stud finder. Takes up the least amount of room. Side Note : Beware of some "hoists" I have 2 hangers and 1 hoist (well technically my ex has the hoist now) they never pull it snug to the ceiling so you have to take that in consideration of height... which can get you into issues with your garage door track path or the top of your SUV. It was REAL close for me... the other issue was I needed more straps so that I had a good fit... and the rope kept slipping off the track... which had to be unjammed from the top of a ladder. Because of my experiences I have to say THIS hanger is my favorite method of storage.
