crossbars works very well.

These work great on my
homemade trailer with inch and
one quarter square tubing. I
have four sets for my wood
kayaks, and they protect the
finish very well.

These foam blocks where
exactly what I was looking
for. I have a broad style
rack on my crv and they go on
really snug. They are so tight
in fact that I have left them
on there without the kayak
without any worry that they
will come loose.

10' Tarpon, either on its side
or flat, in the bed of my
pick-up. Excellent price and

you can't have too many of these things. You can
rest your boat right-side-up with these under the
scupper holes. You can strap a bunch of boats in
the back of your pickup and use these to keep them
from rubbing. I guess you can also strap a boat to
the top of your car with them...

Great product that does the job very well. Just a tip - if your roof rack has removable crossbars take them off when putting on the saddles, it is much easier to work on a table than trying to reach over the vehicle roof. I locked them on the crossbars with two handgun cable locks so they won't "disappear" from the launch site. I leave them on the bars permanently and store the bars in the back of my suv (they are removable with a key) when not using them. They are well made and I believe they will last for a very long time.

The foam saddle is much more durable than i thought it would be. I have an older tandem kayak that weighs 85lbs with a lot of scratches on the bottom with plastic shavings hanging off of the kayak. I have slide the full weight of the kayak across the foam saddles 15-20 times and I have yet to chip or damage them. Five star recommendation!

These pads are great. I picked them up to put on my wife's car for her Redfish 14. They worked out great. The non slip bottoms kept the pads in place. Great product!

I bought a set of four for my 05 Jeep Grand
Cherokee Roof Rack. My 12' Perception Kingfish
fits nicely flipped over, and positioned to the
center of the roof. Each side of the kayak fits
snuggly into the hollow of the saddles.

Saddles work great directly on the roof of my Bronco...they compress just enough to hold my Prowler Trident 15 firmly without bowing the hull. Can't beat the price, either.

I have a slightly different use for the saddles. I use them on the boat deck of my boat, strapped to the kayaks with webbing. The saddles keep the kayaks from marring the teak decks and hold them in place in all but the worst seas. Very handy
