These cup holders are great. We
rented canoes for a camping
weekend and they kept our beer,
water, drinks close. They are
universal and even fit my large
camel bak water bottles. We did
the same trip last year without
these and there is no where to
hold your drink on a canoe. These
are a must have. Customer service
was great, my original order was
one color and emailed immediately
to change to assorted colors and i
received a response within

The can-panions have been the best little present ever for all the members in my canoe club. Everyone has loved it and I found it's great for gadgets and not just drinks. We decorate our boats for Christmas with battery lights. With the cup holder I can fit 2 packs of batteries inside and then run the lights from each pack at center of boat to the ends. Do it on each side and not need heavy tape or chance getting the batteries wet. Everyone wanted one so this year they all got one. I think we'll all have at least 2 to use for decorating and then when canoeing put a huggie inside and it can hold small things like sunglasses and snacks and easier to reach and get than in a zip up. I am the most popular person in our club and it didn't cost $$$$

This product worked well for one kayak, but was a little off level on the other. I think it was because of the way the lip is formed. On either one, they seem to get in the way of entering, so we have to move them out of the way first, or just remove it and put back on once on the water.

It is too big for a can to fit snuggly but it still fits in just has room to move around. It clips on but not too sturdy. I had to screw it into my kayak so it wouldn't tip and move on me. For the price it does it's job, but it could be improved.

We bought four of these so that each of our touring kayaks would have one, but ever since I bought them it has snowed so I haven't actually been able to try them out on a trip. I gave them four stars because of versatility - they fit well on all four kayaks, and we have a variety: Current Design Vision, Prijon SeaYak and Necky Kyook. I had to put it directly out front, rather than along the side as shown because of thigh braces. If I had to say which kayak it fit perfectly on, it was the Current Design, but they fit quite well on the others also.

I bought these to go in my Perception Prodigy and Wilderness Systems Tsunami kayaks. They work great and you can move them around to the most convenient location. They will hold my Sigg water bottle but you have to keep the lid on as the weight of the bottle tips the cup holder so that anything in an open container would spill out. Makes getting to your water much easier. I would definitely recommend them.

Very nice cup holder. I put two in my Pelican Sunstream. I do not have any storage compartments, so I use these to hold beverages and small items. Normally, I put a small radio and keys in one and a long neck glass bottle in the other. The holder can't hold the bottle straight up due to the weight of the glass, especially when full, but it doesn't tilt enough to spill. They work great to keep the bottom of your kayak uncluttered. Grab a couple! They sure have improved my radio reception and comfort.

Great little cup holder. It keeps my water bottle right in front of me in my Wilderness Tsunami. That's important here in the Florida heat. For smaller diameter bottles you need to use a coozy with it. Don't expect it to hold open bottles or soda cans without spilling. You must have a lid.
