The Railblaza is difficult to put into the mount. The mount locking button jams often. I would return this item, but unfortunately I have already drilled holes in my kayak and dont feel like paying the return shipping costs. I will just never buy a Railblaza product again. Scotty and RAM mounts are much better.

Camera Boom Did Not Arriv

I bought the Camera Boom 600 but it did not come as pictured in the video. In the video there are 2 knobs to adjust the boom. One at the top and one at the bottom. The one they sent me only has one at the bottom and for the top they sent me a hex wrench. Why would I want to use a hex wrench to adjust my camera boom while kayaking? This seems difficult and the hex wrench can easily be lost or dropped. There is no attachement for it. I am not satisfied with this product as it was shippped to me. For the price it is disappointing.

Unfortunately the video is/was incorrect and we have since removed it from the site. At this point the camera Boom does require a hex key to adjust the upper platform.
