The Plano Guide Series Field Boxes are waterproof cases available in four classic StowAway footprints - 3449, 3500, 3600 and 3700. This allows them to be used in Plano tackle bags alongside the traditional StowAway utility boxes. With Cam-action latches and DriLoc O-ring seals, these cases are designed to be airtight and waterproof. The soft rubber lining protects valuables inside making this perfect for boating, fishing, hunting, camping or any situation where secure dry storage is needed.

Great tough little box. Used it for my camera on a recent trip, really like the rubber liner it had vs boxes that are just empty plastic (camera slides in those) and my larger Pelican which has foam (soaks up water). Perfect for the compact point and shoot digital camera I was using, might get another for my cell phone. Don't get me wrong, when carrying the DSLR I use the larger Pelican and it's foam, but for something that matches the size of the box, the rubber is handier.
At delivery there were a few issues with the field box. 3 of the 4 pads on the bottom were missing. And the liner from the factory was caught between the seal of the box causing a crease in the liner. I have not tested the unit yet in the water. Will be going out with it in 3 weeks...Bought it to keep my camera car key and cell dry during the use of my kayak.
It worked , nothing got wet .
A tad smaller than what I expected as my bulky billfold barely fits in the case, but the fastener is secure and the contents kept waterfree.
