This is my second Wandrin 48. The first I carried on 2700 miles of the Continental Divide Trail. The second I am taking to New Zealand. PROS: durable, good weight distribution, comfortable hip belt, plenty of pockets. CONS: The pack has a side access zipper as well as a sleeping bag compartment. Neither of which IMO are necessary on a 48 liter pack. I sealed the side access shut with glue as it leaked when in the rain and never used the bottom compartment.
